All of our wedding planning packages include rehearsal, day-of coordination, setup, decor, and breakdown. This particular package is perfect for the couple who's worked so hard for so long in planning their wedding, and would like a professional wedding coordinator to ensure that they're not missing anything, create a Timeline and Event Layout Designs, prepare a Vendor Contact List to keep them as well as their vendors all on the same page, and to put all of their plans into action so they can enjoy their special day stress-free! We also include a review of your vendor contracts and perform a venue site inspection from a wedding coordinator's standpoint to ensure that we, as well as your vendors, have everything required to make your vision come to life on your big day. DESTINATION WEDDING & ELOPEMENTS
Angelic Affairs plans discreetly weddings and events worldwide. With Kelly's multi-lingualism in Portuguese, Spanish and French, as well as her many years of experience in traveling, wedding planning, and research -- Kelly at Angelic Affairs can gracefully and easily take on such a task that can seem monumentous to many. With a database of talented vendors spanning around the globe, as well as vendors who travel in providing their services as well, Angelic Affairs is able to connect you with the right team of vendors to create your special day regardless of where that may it. Depending on the Client's desires and budget, Kelly can either plan destination weddings from her home office without traveling to the destination of choice or, if she's hired to travel to the destination of choice, will fly out to the destination and/or to meet with the Client at least once prior to the big day. Kelly also has a great team of assistants who are ready to travel for larger-scaled events.
Discounted rates are available depending on where the wedding will take place and where Kelly will be at the season of your wedding as Kelly lives bicoastally in spending the winter season in Southern California and in New England the remainder of the year.

Your complimentary consultation will first be handled over the phone or via Skype upon receiving your completed Detailed Event Questionnaire (see our BOOKING PROCESS page for more informaiton on this process). Once you've booked Kelly of Angelic Affairs for a destination wedding in which she will be attending, Kelly will fly out to meet you personally within 30 days of booking and conduct a primary inspection of the venue to determine what will be needed for decor to design your custom theme, evaluate what your vendors will need in order to perform their services at the venue(s), and begin preparing design sketches and a timeline for you and your vendors. A complimentary consultation over the phone or via Skype is conducted beforehand, then Kelly will then fly out the week of your wedding to conduct your wedding rehearsal, decorate, setup, and ensure that your wedding day looks and flows as smoothly as you had envisioned!
